Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). in that case a return lable may be sent to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to Accu-Riser , however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All returns must have your complete name and address and a note stating why you are returning the product and what action you request, such as refund, replace, exchange.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped by USPS the next day unless otherwise noted on the home page that the business is closed for the day.
We will not ship outside the North American continent due to extra cost of doing business. our products are priced to ship anywhere in the United states. Canadian customers will be charged an extra shipping fee of $10.00 to cover costs.
Sales Tax
Accu-Riser does not charge a sales tax out side of Pennsylvania address's. Pennsylvania customers will be charged a 6% sales tax on the total costs.
