This simple one pocket design is a careful recreation of an original surviveing bag from the Madison Grant Book of original hunting bags page 22. This bag measures 9" wide by 8 1/2" high which is about as big as original bags got back in the day. A 4" wide pocket with a loop on each side to hold ball starter, powder measurer, primer ect. is sewn to the inside back of the bag. This bag is available with a 1 1/4" all leather adjustable strap or our exclusive 1 1/4" natural jute and cotton webbing. All edges are plain with no binding and the flap has the primative look of being hand cut with primative tools for a realistic original looking bag. Our new Bison leather adds to this look with its unique grain and texture. We also offer this same bag in a larger 10 1/2"W X 10"H size. See the LPB-102
