This strap is made out of natural jute and cotton materials woven into a 1 1/4" wide webbing. Many colonial women had small looms which they wove narrow straps for uses as sashes and straps for many uses including possibles bags and horn straps. Horn strap is fully adjustable and has steel dees attached at both ends which allows straps to adjust to any angle. There is plenty of strap attached  to accomadate any configuration of horn attachment.
