Good stiff leather so bag does not break down or collapse under weight. Will carry about 40 shells in the large pocket and about 30 shells in the small pocket. I use the large pocket for my #8s and the small side for my #7 1/2s. Perfect size. Anymore capacity would be too much weight for any pouch (or belt IMHO). Great product. Much better than the Galco pouch.

I have been using this for several months and it is smaller than I expected. I can only fit about 30 loaded shells in the small side and about 35-40 empty hulls in the large side.
