Our Neoprene cheek pad has been our number one selling item. Made of 5mm (about 1/4") soft Neoprene rubber with a soft brushed nylon top, with walnut tone vinyl binding, this pad cushions heavy recoil on shotguns and rifles alike. It can also be used to correct the fit of many shotguns that are made with too much drop in the comb or that the users physical dimensions make it hard to get up on the plain of a shotguns ribbed sight, such as in the case of young shooters or shooters of small stature. Many shotgun instructors are using our CP-5000S in their classes to help their clients. If you have that old Double shotgun that just has too much drop in the stock, try our Cp-5000S cheek pad and get some use out of it. If you have that small shooter trying to use an adult size shotgun and can’t get a proper cheek weld, try our CP-5000S cheek Pad. Height can be increased by adding material under the pad. Pad is held on with a 3" elastic strap and velcro hook so there will be no damage to your stock and pad can easily be switched from gun to gun.

This is an excellent product--very well made...I shoot a LOT of sporting clays both with my "good shotgun" and my "hunter shotgun"....with the hunter,,a synthetic thin-stock model...I found I needed both cast-on and a little rise on the comb.......the Accu-Riser was perfect!!........I could float the target and and I was in alignment...very good quality....for the price you cant beat it!...much less expensive than going to a gun fit professional..........Thanks,,,Gary...

I shoot with a hard kicking automatic 12 ga. Constantly had cheek bruising from slipping on the stock so I gave the Accu-Riser cheek pad a try & love it. Its increased my scoring as I don't flinch anticipating the hard cheek rub I used to get before using the pad.

I used this cheek pad for the first time this week. It does the job. My friend who is a long time hunter recommended it me. He is very pleased with the product.

Purchased the cheek pad to use on some of my vintage guns. It works great and is made so you can put material under it to raise the comb.

I use a field gun for trap shooting. Several people have said to get a monte carlo stock and I'll pick up a few more birds. I saw this and figured it's an inexpensive test. I've been averaging 18 to 19. Last night at practice I shot two 22's. I'm a believer now!

Called Gary to let him know I was getting my cheek slapped around by "Ole Besty" and applying the Accu-Riser this helped me out really well. Built confidence in my ability to look down the barrel and not flinch before pulling the trigger. Results.. increased hit's!!

ACCU-RISER TO THE RESCUE!
Prior to becoming a member of DIVA-WOW, my only experience with shotguns was two failed attempts, about 12 years ago, hunting quail at the DRI Big County Celebrity Quail Hunt, an annual charity event my husband and I attend in West Texas. I became a DIVA in early 2010, attended the Ladies Spring Shooting and Outdoor Clinic in Dallas, and then I went on the DIVA Annual Road Trip. I had borrowed my husband’s 28g O/U to shoot sporting clays on the road trip. I wasn’t great, but I hit a few and I was hooked. Breaking clays was fun!
Less than a year later, I found myself preparing to attend the Hollywood Celebrity Shoot in Los Angeles, California. I have to admit, the idea was daunting. I had never participated in a team shooting competition, even at a charity-event level. I wanted to make a good showing. I had taken a few lessons; but, needed to put those lessons into practice.
I am shooting a 20g Beretta 391, that fits me fairly well, but needed just a little more height near my cheek. We were out shooting sporting clays one afternoon, when I mentioned this to Judy Rhodes, Founder of DIVA-WOW and Marietta Johnson, former rifle marksman from Texas A&M. Marietta just happened to have an Accu-Riser on her new 12g Beretta 391. This lovely accessory is “made of neoprene rubber with a soft nylon top”, and Velcro, it is only 5mm thick. Marietta had found this item on-line (www.accuriser.com). She let me use it while shooting that day. It was wonderful! Not only did it give me that small degree of height I needed, it helped me be consistent in my cheek placement AND in this hot Texas weather, it kept my face from slipping off the stock. I was sold!
I went home, got on-line, found the phone number and spoke with Gary Fatherree , owner of The Leatherman Traditional Leather Products, and designer of the Accu-Riser. I had three days until I was to depart for the Hollywood Celebrity Shoot. I ordered two; one for me, one for Judy. We both used the Accu-Riser in Hollywood. Judy took 1st place for Ladies, and I came in 2nd. A lot of practice and the right equipment make all the difference in the world; thank you Accu-Riser, for giving my sight picture that extra edge. ---Angela Schwendeman
