This model of our original molded hard rubber comb raiser,  can be mounted permanantly to a rifle or shotgun stock by drilling two holes and afixing it with two #10 screws, sort of like attaching a recoil pad. Comes with two screws and rubber plugs to plug holes drilled in the top of the pad. We do not recomend this model for bolt action rifles as it may interfear with the cycleing of the bolt and also the cleaning of the barrel from the breech. Best used on single shot , pump or auto loading rifles and shotguns. Height of pad is 1 1/4".
