Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply mail it back with a letter explaining the problem and what recorsr you are looking for , Replacement or refund. Alterations to strap lengths are done free of charge except postage back to customer will be charged. Be sure to give all mailing telephone number and billing information in letter.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and products shipped to international destinations will have additional costs.
An additional $10 USD handleing and shipping costs will be added to international shipments.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items . Some items are made on a by order basis. Most items I try to keep in stock but that sometimes get difficult to maintain. Shipping date also will depend on if I am in the shop as I am a one man show and travel to events several times a year. If you must have your items sent quicker than first class mail, please email me and let me know. I will do what I can to accomadate you.
All products have free shipping if shipped first class mail or ups ground in the United states. all other shipping and International shipping will incure additional charges.
